19. QUITCLAIM DEED Date: February 13, 2001 Grantor: City of San Marcos Grantor's Mailing Address (including county): 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 Grantee: Walter D. Owen Grantee's Mail Address (including county): 707 Franklin Drive, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666. Consideration: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration. Property: All of the 15 foot wide alleyway between and adjacent to Lots 193 and 194, and Lots 199 and 200, and the northwest one half of the alleyway located adjacent to the southeast side of the southwest one half of Lot 195, all in the Z. Williamson Third Addition, according to the plat recorded in Volume 59, Page 545 of the Hays County Deed Records, and as more particularly depicted on the attached Exhibit A. Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: Grantor reserves an easement for public utility purposes across, above and within the entire area of the property, together with rights of ingress and egress across the entire area of the property. Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the reservations from and exceptions to conveyance and warranty, quitclaims to Grantee all of Grantor's rights, title and interest in and to the property, to have and to hold it to Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns forever. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's successors or assigns shall have a claim or demand any right or title to the property or any part of it, except as to the reservation from and exceptions to conveyance.
