<br />26. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001- <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A ANNUAL CONTRACT TO COMMERCIAL BODY <br />CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DIGGER DERRICK; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a contract for the purchase of a digger derrick (IFB 21- <br />007) to Commercial Body Corporation in the amount of $99,208.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
