<br />specifically limits or denies such authority to the SUBCONTRACTOR's Project <br />Representative with respect to the administration of the Contract. <br /> <br />(c). Either party may change its Project Representative. In addition, the Project Representative <br />of either party may further delegate his or her authority as necessary, including any <br />delegation of authority to a new Project Representative. The party making the change in <br />Project Representative shall provide written notice of the change to the other party. <br /> <br />(d). The SUBCONTRACTOR shall ensure that its Project Representative, or his or her delegate, <br />is available at all times for consultation with CAPCO.
