<br />58. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001 - 34 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING TEN UNCLAIMED BICYCLES TO BE SURPLUS AND <br />OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; AUTHORIZING THE <br />DONATION OF TEN OF THESE BICYCLES TO GARY JOB CORPS AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The San Marcos Police Department has in its possession ten certain surplus <br />unclaimed bicycles that are of no value to the City. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to donate ten of these bicycles to Gary Job Corps for its Bike <br />Patrol Program. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that ten unclaimed bicycles in <br />the possession of the Police Department are surplus and of no value to the City of San <br />Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Council authorizes the donation of these bicycles to Gary Job <br />Corps for its Bike Patrol Program. <br /> <br />PART 3.
