On September 26, 2000, the City Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing <br />regarding a request to change the name of Stagecoach Road to Stagecoach Trail from its intersection <br />with Hunter Road to its intersection with Wonder W orId Drive; and the Commission voted to <br />approve the request and recommend that the request be approved by the City Council of the City. <br /> <br />2. The City Council held a public hearing on February 12 <br />the request. <br /> <br />,2001 regarding <br /> <br />3. All requirements of Chapter 74 of the City Code pertaining to street name changes have <br />been meet. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The street name for Stagecoach Road from its intersection with Hunter Road <br />to its intersection with Wonder W orId Drive is changed to Stagecoach Trail. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance take effect ten days from and after its passage, and notice of <br />its adoption will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City as required by the <br />City Charter. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading February 12, 2001. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading February 26, 2001. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED AND ADOPTED March 5, 2001. <br /> <br />17~'p(~ <br /> <br />David Chiu <br />Mayor <br />
