<br />82. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001 - 41 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING A POLICE PATROL VEHICLE TO BE SURPLUS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THIS VEHICLE TO THE CITY OF <br />MARTINDALE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1 . The San Marcos Police Department has in its possession a police patrol <br />vehicle that is surplus to the City's needs. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to sell this vehicle to the City of Martindale for use by its <br />Police Department. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that the police patrol vehicle <br />described in the attached Bill of Sale is surplus. <br /> <br />PART 2. The attached Bill of Sale for the sale of this vehicle to the City of <br />Martindale is approved and the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute it <br />and all related documents. <br /> <br />PART 3.
