This can <br />be done in two ways. Please indicate below which option the city or county wishes to choose and have <br />the Authorized Official (the Mayor, City Manager or County Judge) signs in the appropriate location. The governing board of tbg <br />City of San Marcos has passed a resolution that waives the right to apply, names Havs County <br />as the designee for the waived funds, agrees to participate in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement <br />Coalition (JCEC) created by the designee and names the representatives to serve on the <br />designee's JCEC.
