<br />144. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001- 60 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN INFILL DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND <br />ROGER RHEINHEIMER FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IN <br />THE 700 AND 800 BLOCKS OF OREGON STREET; <br />ACTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council has adopted a policy on infill development incentives. <br /> <br />2. Roger Rheinheimer (the "Developer") is proposing to develop ten single-family homes <br />in the 700-800 blocks of Oregon Street, and has asked the City to consider granting infill <br />development incentives related to the construction of the homes and of street and utility <br />improvements required for the development. <br /> <br />3. The City and the Developer wish to enter into an infill development incentive agreement <br />pertaining to this development. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />P ART 1. The attached Development Incentive Agreement between the City of San Marcos <br />and Roger Rheinheimer for a proposed development in the 700 And 800 Blocks of Oregon Street <br />is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the contract on behalf <br />of the City. <br /> <br />P ART 3.
