The City Council of the City shall, by separate resolution appoint presiding <br />judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold <br />the election in their respective precincts, and any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment <br />may be filled by subsequent resolutionCs) of the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with the <br />permission of the City Clerk, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Joyce Cowan is appointed clerk for early voting for this election. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for <br />this election is the County Elections Administrator's Office, 401-C Broadway, and the temporary <br />branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for this election is San Marcos <br />City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins.
