ATTACHMENT "A" <br />§2.04. Urbanized Local Roadway <br />An Urbanized Local Roadway shall be a two lane paved roadway, with improved shoulders or <br />curb and gutter, and considered a Special Purpose Road with a design capacity of up to 1,000 <br />ADT in accordance with AASHTO design standards and third -class roadways in accordance <br />with TTC Chapter 251. <br />§2.05. Minor Collector <br />A Minor Collector shall be a two lane paved roadway, with improved shoulders or curb and <br />gutter, and considered a Rural Collector with a design capacity of 1,001 to 2,500 ADT in <br />accordance with AASHTO design standards, and may be either second -class or third -class <br />roadways in accordance with TTC Chapter 251. <br />§2.06. Major Collector <br />A Major Collector shall be a two lane or larger paved roadway, with improved shoulders or curb <br />and gutter, and considered a Rural Collector with a design capacity of 2,501 to 5,000 ADT in <br />accordance with AASHTO design standards, and may be either first -class or second -class <br />roadways in accordance with TTC Chapter 251. <br />§2.07. Minor Arterial <br />A Minor Arterial shall be a two lane or larger paved roadway, with improved shoulders or curb <br />and gutter, and considered a Rural Arterial with a design capacity of 5,001 to 15,000 ADT in <br />accordance with AASHTO design standards, and may be either second -class or third -class <br />roadways in accordance with TTC Chapter 251. <br />§2.08. Major Arterial <br />A Major Arterial shall be a two lane or larger paved roadway, with improved shoulders or curb <br />and gutter, and considered a Rural Arterial with a design capacity of greater than 15,000 ADT in <br />accordance with AASHTO design standards, and may be either first -class or second -class <br />roadways in accordance with TTC Chapter 251. <br />Sub - Chapter 3 - Public Roadways <br />§3.01. Dedication to Public <br />Any dedication of a roadway to the County for public use shall be accomplished using one of the <br />methods allowed under Chapter 701, Subchapter 11. No dedication shall be effective until the <br />record document is recorded. In no event shall any private lot extend into a dedicated public <br />roadway. <br />§3.02. Publicly Maintained and Dedicated Roadways <br />Roadways dedicated to the public (Public Roadways) shall be required in all developments <br />approved under these Regulations, except those satisfying the criteria for private roadways, as set <br />forth below. All such Public Roadways shall be paved and shall be Regulated Roadways <br />designed and constructed in accordance with the specifications set forth in Chapter 721, <br />Subchapter 5. The boundary lines of all subdivision Lots fronting onto a publicly dedicated right - <br />of -way shall be contiguous with the boundary of the right -of -way. <br />
