<br />15. The parties agree to execute any and all documents necessary to carry out the terms of this <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br />16. Closing will occur no later than 30 days after approval of this agreement by the San Marcos <br /> <br />City Council. <br /> <br />17. Release - Lowman and Tanger agree to and will at Closing execute a full, complete and <br /> <br />mutual release of all claims that either party has or could assert against the other of any type <br /> <br />whatsoever as of the date hereof, save and except the obligations created by this agreement. The <br /> <br />form of the release is attached as Exhibit "C" hereto. <br /> <br />18. Multiple Counterparts.
