Consider approval of Resolution 2011 -83R awarding the IDIO (Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Ouantitv) Master Contract for sanitary sewer rehabilitation (2011) to Revive Construction, Ltd., in the estimated annual amount of $683,052.00 contingent upon the bidder's timelv submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the Citv's bid documents for the proiect; authorizing the Citv Manager to execute the contract documents on behalf of the Citv and declaring an effective date. 12. Consider approval of Resolution 2011 -85R approving the terms and conditions of an Interlocal Agreement with Texas State University -San Marcos for the provision of water aualitv analvtical testing services. authorizing the Citv Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the City. and declaring an effective date. 13.
