Consider approval of Resolution 2011 -83R awarding the IDIO (Indefinite <br />Delivery /Indefinite Ouantitv) Master Contract for sanitary sewer rehabilitation (2011) to <br />Revive Construction, Ltd., in the estimated annual amount of $683,052.00 contingent upon <br />the bidder's timelv submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance with the <br />Citv's bid documents for the proiect; authorizing the Citv Manager to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the Citv and declaring an effective date. <br />12. Consider approval of Resolution 2011 -85R approving the terms and conditions of an <br />Interlocal Agreement with Texas State University -San Marcos for the provision of water <br />aualitv analvtical testing services. authorizing the Citv Manager to execute this agreement <br />on behalf of the City. and declaring an effective date. <br />13. Consider approval Resolution 2011 -86R approving the terms and conditions of an <br />Interlocal Agreement with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District for <br />the Citv's provision of Police Officers to serve as School Resource Officers. authorizin the <br />Citv Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the Citv; and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />14.
