<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS, AWARDING ANNUAL CONTRACTS TO CHLOR -SERV, INC. RAM
<br />SERVICES CO., GRAINGER AND MOODY BROS. INC. FOR THE
<br />PURCHASE OF FLUORIDATION EQUIPMENT FOR THE WASTEWATER
<br />TREATMENT PLANT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO
<br />EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND
<br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS:

<br />PART 1. The award of a contract for the purchase of fluoridation equipment
<br />(IFB 21-045) to Chlor-Serv, Inc. located in Hutto, Texas for item nos. 1,2,3,13,14,17,
<br />24, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 44 in the amount of $6,643.00 is approved.
<br />
<br />PART 2. The award of a contract for the purchase of fluoridation equipment
<br />(IFB 21-045) to Grainger located in Austin, Texas for item nos. 8,41, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51,
<br />52 and 54 in the amount of $4,678.68 is approved.
<br />
<br />PART 3. The award of a contract for the purchase of fluoridation equipment
<br />(IFB 21-045) to Ram Services Co. located in New Waverly, Texas for item nos. 4, 5,6,7,
<br />9, 10, 15, 18, 19,20,25,26,27,28,34,40,43,45, 55, and 57 in the amount of $6,573.00
<br />is approved.
<br />
<br />PART 4. The award of a contract for the purchase of fluoridation equipment
<br />(IFB-21-045) to Moody Bros., Inc. located in Houston, Texas for item nos. 11,12,14,16,
<br />21, 22, 23, 29, 30,42, 43a, 50, 55, 56 and 58 is approved.

<br />PART 5. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to
<br />execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City.
<br />
<br />PART 6. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and
<br />after its passage.
