<br />the partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives of such other party with respect <br />to all covenants of this agreement. The City and the Veterinarian may not assign, sublet <br />or transfer any interest in this agreement without the written consent of the other. <br />K. This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations and representations between <br />the parties on the matters covered by it. This Agreement may be amended only by written <br />instrument signed by both the City and the Veterinarian. <br />L. Any exhibits and/or attachments attached to this Agreement are incorporated <br />by reference into this Agreement as though included verbatim herein. <br />M. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and the provisions of any <br />exhibit or attachment to this agreement, the terms of this agreement will govern and <br />control. <br />N. The Veterinarian will keep his license to practice veterinary medicine in good <br />standing throughout the term of this agreement. <br />O. Notices given under this agreement may be delivered by certified mail/return <br />receipt requested, or personal delivery.
