telephone numbers, or other information that deviates from the information provided by Tenant in <br />the Lease. Actual notice to Landlord is required. An address printed on an envelope or check is not <br />notice to Landlord or change of address for purposes of enforcement of Tenant's lien or other notices <br />sent by Landlord to Tenant. <br />15.12. Emergency Contact: Tenant shall provide the name and telephone number that the <br />Landlord may contact in the event of fire, property damage, break -in, or other emergency or, if <br />Tenant is unavailable . Tenant authorizes Landlord to contact the person listed as an emergency <br />contact to locate Tenant or to act as Tenant's authorized agent to enter the premises or remove stored <br />property. <br />15.13. Entire Agreement. This Lease, its exhibits, addenda, and riders constitute the entire <br />agreement of the parties concerning the lease of the Premises to Tenant. There are no <br />representations, warranties, agreements, or promises pertaining to the lease of the Premises by <br />Landlord to Tenant that are not in this lease and any exhibits, addenda, and riders. <br />15.14. Amendment of Lease.
