Extension Rider <br />Tenant desires to extend the Term for the period from 20_ to <br />20_ (the "Additional Term "). <br />Landlord and Tenant agree to the following: <br />1. During the Additional five -year Term the lease will continue as written except that the <br />Rent will be increased by a 10% flat fee at the commencement of the Additional Term. <br />2. This Extension Rider must be executed by the Tenant and delivered to the Landlord 1 <br />year and 30 days prior to the Termination date. If Landlord does not execute and return the Rider to <br />Tenant on or before I year from the Termination Date this lease will terminate. <br />3.
