<br />78. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001- 115 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SERVERS FOR THE <br />FINANCIAL SOFTWARE UPGRADE FROM DELL COMPUTER <br />CORPORATION THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL SERVICES <br />COMMISSION'S CATALOGUE PURCHASING PROCEDURE; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of four servers to be used in connection with the <br />Financial Software Upgrade from Dell Computer Corporation through the General Services <br />Commission's Catalogue Purchase Procedure in the amount of $11 0,550.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
