<br />152. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 131 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND MORGAN & McCOOL, P.C. FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEATHERFORD v. CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS SUIT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DA TE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />P ART 1. The attached letter agreement between the City of San Marcos and Morgan & <br />McCool, P.C. for legal services in connection with the Weatherford v. City of San Marcos is <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />P ART 3.
