281 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />New Dawn, or if the parties have not met within fourteen (14) business days of the end of the five (5) <br />business day period referred to in the preceding paragraph, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve <br />the issue, controversy, or claim through non - binding mediation using a mediator mutually agreed upon by <br />New Dawn and Customer. <br />All deadlines specified in the issue resolution process may be extended by mutual agreement of the New Dawn <br />Project Manager and the Customer Project Manager. <br />2.11 Completion Criteria <br />Project management is considered complete upon successful delivery or completion of all line items in this <br />contract and customer has acknowledged completion. <br />At this time the New Dawn Project Manager will conduct a Project Closure Meeting, verifying and validating <br />that the project terms and conditions have been met and all parties recognize the end of the project. <br />New Dawn will: <br />a. Provide customer an overview of each contract line item, dates they were delivered, invoiced and paid (if <br />applicable), and approved change documented in the Change Management Plan. <br />b. Discuss any remaining contract items and provide the Customer with a schedule for completion. <br />c. Provide a clear explanation of the New Dawn terms and conditions of ongoing support and begin hand off <br />of support questions to the New Dawn Support department. <br />d. Discuss and jointly modify as needed the project plan to ensure the completion of any outstanding contract <br />items. <br />Customer agrees to: <br />a. Ensure that all contract items have been delivered, invoiced, and paid. <br />b. After completion criteria have been met, begin utilizing the New Dawn support department for questions <br />and assistance according to the conditions of the JustWare Subscription Agreement. <br />w V L New Dawn <br />
