1) Circuit Requirements: Maintain the two separate Point -to -Point TI circuits within <br />the City's data network between each physical location listed below for data <br />connectivity. The physical address of each circuit is as follows: <br />a) 630 E Hopkins Street (Municipal Building) to 700 N. LBJ (WIC Building). <br />b) 2300 IH -35 South (Police Department) to 4015 IH -35 (Tanger Outlet) <br />2) Installation Requirements: Install Point -to -Point T1 services after business hours <br />during the lowest traffic period at each City site. All services terminating at the <br />City's property will be clearly labeled (and the Visio diagram updated) by the <br />Contractor at the D -MARC. <br />a) Cable: <br />1. Exterior /Interior Cable: Complete all exterior and interior cabling <br />requirements. All installation and material costs are included on the Cost <br />Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />2. Tie Cable: Complete any required tie cabling. All installation and <br />material costs are included on the Cost Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />b) Equipment: Install and maintain all equipment needed for Point -to -Point TI <br />services in accordance with its installation requirements; including power, <br />space, etc. for all equipment (Attachment B). All equipment will remain the <br />property of the Contractor and will be maintained by the Contractor for the <br />duration of this Agreement at no additional cost. All installation costs for the <br />equipment are included in Attachment "C" ). <br />c) Lightning Protection: The successful Proponent will provide the proper <br />communications lightning protection in accordance with NFPA as well as <br />local codes that specify additional lighting requirements for this Project at no <br />additional cost. <br />1. 1.2 Industry Standards for Installation: Install all equipment and/or cable in accordance with <br />the specifications in Attachments A and B and the following rules, regulations and codes: <br />A) Federal Communications Commission ( "FCC ") Rules and Regulations, Part 68 <br />"Connections of terminal equipment to the telephone network ". <br />B) Electronic Industry Alliance ( "EIA) /Telecommunications Industry Association <br />( "TIA ") -568 -A Commercial Building Telecommunications Wiring Standard; <br />Telecommunications Services Agreement 2011 <br />0 <br />
