Trinity/Kleinfleder <br />was approved by City Council on August ,13, 2001 for professional services in connection <br />with the Cottonwood 'Creek Interceptor project. Change in Services No.1 was based upon <br />the following: <br /> <br />Original Scope of Services <br />Amount remaining after completion of design services <br />Estimated amount for construction services <br />Deficit in current contract amount <br /> <br />$24,400.00 <br /><$7,317.50> <br />~13. 530.00 <br /><$ 6,212.50,> <br /> <br />Change In Services No.1 for professional services during construction phase (materials and <br />geotechnical testing, project management) was approved on'June 13,2002 in the amount of <br />$8,000.00 'to bring the revised contract amount to $32,400.00. <br /> <br />The current contract amount is anticipated to cover the construction phase of the project. <br />Should conditions during construction cause a change in the amount of construction <br />services required, an additional Authorization for Change in Services will be required. <br /> <br />Sincerely; <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Laurie Anderson, P.E. <br />Director, Env. & Eng., Dept. <br /> <br /> <br />x.c.
