In addition, we have assumed that each location is <br />accessible to our truck-mounted drilling equipment. This proposal does not include <br />investigations or fee estimates for conducting environmental investigations of the property, site <br />clearing activities, permits, utility clearance, professional surveying, or other services not <br />specifically discussed within this letter. <br /> <br />Services to be Provided by the Client: The following services shall be provided by the client: <br />. Surveyed boring locations <br />. Right-of-entry to the each boring location (permits, gate combinations, etc.) <br />. Traffic control where required <br />. Utility Clearance <br /> <br />Authorization: Attached is a copy of our Professional Services Agreement for your review. <br />You may authorize this work by signing each copy and then return both copies for our execution. <br />We will then return one copy for your file. If you should have any questions regarding these <br />materials, please do not hesitate to call.
