Corona agrees to provide the following products and
services to the City:

CADmine: An Internet-based service whereby Corona Solutions will receive copies of
data from the San Marcos computer-aided dispatch system, then process and maintain
that data on a secure site, with various reports and queries available to users authorized
by the San Marcos PD.

Staff Wizard Plus: A software application that serves to analyze police workload data,
then evaluate and optimize staffing, deployment and scheduling of patrol officers.

GeoBalance: A software application that analyzes police workload data, along with other
data selected by the user, based on geography. The Staff Wizard software and GeoBalance software will be shipped on CD
on receipt of the signed agreements from the City. The software can be installed by the City staff,
or will be installed by the trainer when he is on-site. The date for the initiation of CADmine
service and the beginning of the annual service agreement will be the first date that the City's
police data is available to their personnel via the Internet. Support for Staff Wizard and
GeoBalance is covered as long as the CADmine service is in effect.

Corona also agrees to provide the following to the City:

Custom Programming: This will be done by Corona staff, specifically Dan Harris. The
programming involves creating a new software program that will read data in the format
used by the City's CAD system and convert it to a format readable by Corona's
CADmine system. The custom programming will be done on-site and installed during
the software installation process.
