access to sampling locations during test days. 2.4 Provide one City employee to assist with sample collection and transport at times during the test days; it is also anticipated that the City will make limited laboratory facilities available to the Engineer for use on test days. 2.5 Bear all costs incident to this Article. ARTICLE 3 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES 3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for consumable sample collection equipment, reproduction of documents, transportation of sampling/testing equipment, auto travel mileage, lodging, delivery charges, long distance communications, freight, and lab service are included in the Engineer's basic services compensation in a not to exceed amount of $13,403.00. ARTICLE 4 PAYMENTS TO THE ENGINEER 4.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES 4.1.1 The City will make payments for Basic Services to the Engineer monthly following the City's receipt of the Engineer's invoices and appropriate payment requisitions. The amounts of these invoices will be based upon the hours of work performed by the Engineer and its subcontractors within each phase of services and the actual hourly rates for the employees of the Engineer and its sub-consultants, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. 4.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES 4.2.1 Payments on account of the Engineer's Additional Services as defined in Section 1.5 will be made monthly upon presentation of the Engineer's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof and an Authorization of Change in Services form executed by the Engineer and the City.
