Adjustments are based upon 90 <br />percent of CPI-U, U.S. city average and 10 percent of the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Eamers <br />and Clerrical Workers, Expenditures Category "Gasoline", both published by the Bureau of Labor <br />Statistics.
