AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 377, PAGE 95 OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br /> <br />DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES <br /> <br />AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, <br /> <br />BEGINNING at an iron rod set for the most southerly corner of <br />Lot 18, Block "A" of Mockingbird Hill Annex No. Two recorded <br />in Volume 2, Page 179 of the Hays County Plat Records and the <br />west corner of the 7.40 acre tract lying in the north line of <br />Suncrest Lane; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat <br />numbered 2l302-83-b as prepared for Jon Wilson by Dabney-Byrn <br />and Associates of San Marcos, Texas with the common line of <br />the 7.40 acre tract, the line of Lot 18, Block "A" and the <br />back lot line of Block Two, Village One at Mockingbird Hill, <br />a subdivision of record recorded in Volume 2, Page 9 of the <br />3ays County Plat Records N43024'OO"E 989.84 feet to an 1" <br />iron rod found in concrete for the most easterly corner of <br />Lot 6, Block 2, the most northerly corner of the 7.40 acre <br />tract lying in the west line of a tract of land from Balcones <br />Divsr~ified, Inc. to W. C. Carson by deed dated April 27, 1979 <br />and recorded in Volume 325, Page 376 of the Hays County Deed <br />Records, pass at 75 feet the south corner of Village One at <br />Mockingbird Hill and the east corner of Mockingbird Hill Annex <br />Two and pass on this course other iron rods found at the rear <br />corner. of lots in Village One; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common west line of the Carson tract and the <br />east line of 7.40 acre tract, as fenced S0500l'04"W 757.53 <br />feet to an iron rod found for the east corner of the 7.40 acre <br />tract and the most southerly corner of the Carson tract lying <br />in the west right-of-way of an old roadway formerly used by <br />the public and referred to in old deeds as a county road, pass <br />at 757 feet a fence line; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common west line of the old roadway and the <br />southeast line of th 7.40 acre tract being southeast of the <br />fence line S44057'18uW 396.06 feet to an iron r9d f9und for the <br />most southerly corner of the 7.40 acre tract lY1ng 1n the north- <br />east line of Suncrest Lane; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common northeast line of Suncrest Lane and the <br />southwest li-ne of the 1.40 acre tract N4603~'5.2"W 459.60 feet <br />to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, pass at one foot the fence.
