The <br />proposed development will consist of something bet\veen 175 and 195 lots. Anticipated <br />requirements for water are 65,910 gallons per day and for wastewater are 58,500 gallons <br />per day. Please provide some indication of utility service extension and availability. <br /> <br />In addition, a request is being made for Out-of-City service and am1exation of the <br />property.
