Robbins and Tad Wheelock dated March 14, 1985 and recorded <br />in Volume 505, Page 386 of the Hays County Real Property Records, <br />said 5.6234 acre tract being Lot 1 of the R 12 Plaza Subdivision as <br />recorded in Volume 4, Page 264 of the Hays County Plat Records <br />(said 5.6234 acre tract being a portion of that the Howard 79.07 <br />acre tract and a portion of Lot 1 having been replatted in Volume <br />6, Page 354 of the Hays County Plat Records into an unplatted 4.224 <br />acre tract) and being in the common southeast line of the Howard <br />79.07 acre tract and the northwest line of Lot 12, Sendera <br />Subdivision as recorded in Volume 6, Page 77 of the Hays County <br />plat Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT wi th the common <br />southeast line of the Howard tract and the northwest line of <br />Sendera Subdivision, as fenced and used upon the ground, the <br />following three courses: <br /> <br />1. S 440 49' 45" W 99.75 feet to an iron rod found for the <br />common west corner of Lot 20 and north corner of Lot 21 <br />of Sendera subdivision, <br /> <br />2. S 440 49' 41" W 142.31 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found <br />with a "Byrn" plastic cap for the common west corner of <br />Lot 21 and north corner of Lot 24, and <br /> <br />3. S 440 49' 41" W 15.44 ~eet to a 1/2" iron rod set for <br />the southerly east corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of the <br />herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and continuing with the <br />common southeast line of the Howard tract and northwest line of <br />Sendera Subdivision, as fenced and used upon the ground and as <br />shown on that plat numbered 24445-98-d dated May 21, 1998 as <br />prepared for Legend Development, Inc. by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of <br />San Marcos, Texas, the following twenty-one courses: <br /> <br />1.
