WILLS TO MINNIE MAE WILLS HOWARD DATED FEBRUARY 24, 1975 <br /> <br />AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 274, PAGE 532 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br /> <br />RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found for the east corner of the <br />herein described tract and the south corner of that 5.6234 acre <br />tract described in a deed from Minnie Mae Howard to Robby D. <br />Robbins and Tad Wheelock dated March 14, 1985 and recorded in <br />Volume 505, Page 386 of the Hays County Real Property Records, said <br />5.6234 acre tract being Lot 1 of the R 12 Plaza Subdivision as <br />recorded in Volume 4, Page 264 of the Hays County Plat Records <br />(said 5.6234 acre tract being a portion of the Howard 79.07 acre <br />tract and a portion of said Lot 1 having been replatted in Volume <br />6, Page 354 of the Hays County Plat Records into an unplatted 4.224 <br />acre tract) and being in the common southeast line of the Howard <br />79.07 acre tract and the northwest line of Lot 12, Sendera <br />Subdivision as recorded in Volume 6, Page 77 of the Hays County <br />Plat Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the common southeast <br />line of the Howard tract and the northwest line of Sendera <br />Subdivision, as fenced and used upon the ground and as shown on <br />that plat numbered 24445-98-d dated May 21, 1998 as prepared for <br />Legend Development, Inc. by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, <br />Texas, the following three courses: <br /> <br />1. S 440 49' 45" W 99.75 feet to an iron rod found for the <br />common west corner of Lot 20 and north corner of Lot 21 of <br />Sendera subdivision, <br /> <br />2. S 440 49' 41" W 142.31 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found with a <br />"Byrn" plastic cap for the common west corner of Lot 21 and <br />the north corner of Lot 24, and <br /> <br />3.
