Fehlis to Tereso Tobias dated <br />October 15, 1947 and recorded in volume 139, Page 363 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records for the west corner of the aforereferenced KBLB <br />Partners 9.438 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving McCarty Lane and crossing the Tobias 20 acre tract <br />with the northwest line of the KBLB 9.438 acre tract, N 47014' 08" <br />E 541.65 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found in the southwest line of <br />that 121.52 acre tract described in a deed from JASBA GMBH, a <br />German Limited Partnership to Capital Forsight Limited Parnership <br />dated August 11, 1997 and recorded in Volume 1336, Page 595 of the <br />Hays County Official Public Records for an exterior northeast <br />corner of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common northeast line of the KBLB 9.438 acre tract <br />and southwest line of the Capital Forsight 121.52 acre tract, S 450 <br />23' 52" E 689.31 feet to a point in the northwest line of that <br />108.8490 acre tract annexed by the City of San Marcos by Ordinance <br />No. 1985-48 for the east corner of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Capital Forsight 121.52 acre tract with the <br />northwest line of the 108.8490 acre tract described by Ordinance <br />No. 1985-48 being a line 100 feet northwest of and parallel to the <br />northwest right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 35 and being <br />250 feet northwest of and parallel to the centerline of Interstate <br />Highway No. 35, the following six courses: <br /> <br />1. S 440 08' 00" W (being the Bearing Basis for this <br />description) 490.74 feet to a point in the common southwest <br />line of the KBLB 9.438 acre tract and northwest line of a <br />0.577 acre tract taken for additional right-of-way in an <br />agreed judgement from Joe Bob Millican to the State of Texas <br />dated June 28, 1994 and recorded in Volume 1090, Page 267 of <br />the Hays County Official Public Records, <br /> <br />2. S 440 08' 00" W 283.88 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in the <br />northwest line of that 108.8490 acre tract of land annexed by <br />the City of San Marcos by Ordinance No. 1985-48 where said <br />line intersects the south line of the aforereferenced State of <br />Texas 1.333 acre Tract 4 and being in the northeast line of <br />the remainder portion of the aforereferenced Southwest Texas <br />275.5 acre "First Tract", said rod being 250 feet northwest of <br />the centerline of Interstate Highway No. 35 right-of-way, from <br />which a concrete highway monument found at the south corner of <br />the 1.333 acre "Tract 4" in the main northwest line of <br />Interstate Highway No. 35 (being 150 feet from the centerline <br />of Interstate Highway No. 35) bears S 180 33' 34" E 112.47 <br />feet, <br /> <br />3.
