enterprise zone and at least thirty -five percent (35 %) of the business' new <br />employees will be residents of an enterprise zone or economically disadvantaged <br />individuals; and <br />b) there has been and will continue to be a high level of cooperation <br />between public, private, and neighborhood entities in the area; and <br />C) the designation of the Project as an enterprise project will <br />contribute significantly to the achievement of the plans of the City for <br />development and revitalization of the area. <br />SECTION 4. The enterprise project designation for the Project shall take effect <br />on the date of designation of the enterprise project by the EDT, and terminate five years <br />from the date of designation. <br />SECTION 5. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 2004 -76 continue in force <br />and effect, except as specifically amended, modified or supplemented by this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 6. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br />Ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect <br />without the invalid portion. <br />SECTION 7. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br />SECTION 8.
