Section 4: Land Use Designation <br />4.01 Base Zoning: Blanco Vista is a 575 acre mixed -use development featuring a <br />range of low -to- medium density single family residential housing products with several <br />areas reserved for open space, neighborhood business and commercial uses. To <br />accomplish this combination of uses successfully, the PDD shall have a base zoning of <br />Mixed Use District (MU). This base zoning is consistent with the current zoning of the <br />property.
