<br />77. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001-=-113 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO KBS ELECTRICAL <br />DISTRIBUTORS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF LUMINAIRES FOR THE <br />ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGERTOEXECUTECONTRACTDOCUMENTSONBEHALFOFTHE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a contract for the purchase of luminaires (IFB 21-059) <br />to KBS Electrical Distributors located in Austin, Texas for Item #1 in the amount of $1 03.00 <br />each, for Item #2 in the amount of $39.25 each and for Item #3 in the amount of $53.65 <br />each is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
