<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />117. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001- 80 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 102.029 OF THE <br />CITY CODE BY ADOPTING THE SECTOR SEVEN PLAN; <br />INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PENALTIES. <br /> <br />RECIT ALS: <br /> <br />1. Section 102.026 of the City Code adopts the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan <br />as the master plan for the physical development of the City. <br /> <br />2. Section 102.029 of the City Code provides for the adoption of sector plans as an <br />appendix to the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan. <br /> <br />3. The Director of Planning and Development Services has prepared a sector plan for <br />Sector Seven of the City, and the Planning and Zoning Commission has voted to recommend the <br />adoption of the Sector Seven Plan by the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The City Council conducted a public hearing on the adoption of the Sector Seven Plan <br />on October 8, 2001 . <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section I02.029(a) of the City Code is amended as follows (underlining <br />indicates added text): <br />(a) The following sector plans are adopted as an appendix to the San Marcos <br />Horizons City Master Plan: <br /> <br />(1) The Sector One Plan. <br />(2) The Sector Two Plan. <br />(3) The Sector Three Plan. <br />(4) The Sector Four Plan. <br />(5) The Sector Six Plan. <br />@ The Sector Seven Plan. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
