<br />way line of Warden Lane (50' RO.W.), being the northeasterly comer of Lot lA, Plat of Lots lA and
<br />2, A Resubdivision of Cypress Bend Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Volume 6, Page 50 of said
<br />Plat Records of Hays County, Texas bears S06038'07"E, a distance of 122.85 feet;

<br />THENCE, N44042'23"E, leaving the northerly line of Aquarena Springs Drive, along the westerly line
