<br />129. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001 - 191 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING SEVEN DALY PERSONAL COMPUTERS TO BE <br />SURPLUS AND OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF TEN OF THESE COMPUTERS TO ST. <br />MARK'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH COMPUTER OUTREACH PROGRAM AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The San Marcos Public Library has in its possession seven surplus Daly <br />personal computers that are of no value to the City. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to donate these computers to St. Mark's Episcopal Church <br />Computer Outreach Program. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that seven personal computers <br />in the possession of the Library are surplus and of no value to the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Council authorizes the donation of these computers to St. <br />Mark's Episcopal Church Computer Outreach Program. <br /> <br />PART 3.
