<br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Engineer's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies <br />of official City design standards and construction standards, land use data and other data <br />and information in the City's possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Jim Klein as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative <br />to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the <br />documents and information submitted by the Engineer and promptly render responses to <br />the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide all right-of-way research and mapping, including the existing right-of-way <br />map. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide 2' contour data. <br /> <br />2.5 Provide all preliminary engineering information including, but not limited to, <br />electronic (.dgn) survey files and preliminary design drawings; water line, wastewater line, <br />gas line, electrical line, and telecommunication line records; elevations for the wastewater <br />flow lines at wastewater manholes and the top of waterline valve nuts; and traffic data. <br /> <br />2.6 Provide any additional survey information required to complete final design, <br />including, but not limited to, the area where the drainage outfalls into the Blanco River. <br /> <br />2.7 Provide official City design standards, construction standards, standard details (CD), <br />and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Engineer, at the <br />Engineer's request. <br /> <br />2.8 Provide the archeological assessment for Aquarena Springs Drive and the <br />environmental assessment for drainage outfall into the Blanco river. If additional <br />environmental assessment is needed for either Aquarena Springs Drive or Davis Lane, this <br />will be considered an additional service. <br /> <br />2.9 Provide a traffic control plan. <br /> <br />2.10 Provide street lighting and illumination plans to include street lighting and <br />illumination sheets, standard and special details and general notes. <br /> <br />2.11 Provide TxDOT drainage plans and hydraulic calculations for culvert crossing Davis <br />Lane. <br /> <br />Dannenbaum2.wpd <br /> <br />9 <br />
