Council provided direction for Tanger and CVB to work together and come up with a plan on how to utilize the funds being requested. Council provided direction to see if the Price Senior Center's request for $9000 would qualify for the Workforce Development grant money for the creation of a computer lab. Council also directed staff to see about getting refurbished computers for the Senior Center. Council directed staff to cut the $5000 allocation to Goodwill Industries of Central TX and allocate those funds to PALS. 6. Resolution 2011 -99R approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City and the South Central Planning and Development Commission in a not to exceed annual estimated amount of $26,000.00 for the provision of a permitting and code enforcement software system, authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 8. Resolution 2011 -IOOR approving the terms and conditions of an Aircraft Storage Rental Agreement Form, Assignment of Lease Form and Waitlist Information Sheet Form, authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreements on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 9. Resolution 2011 -101R establishing lease rates for unimproved land, lease rates for commercial and hangar facilities, and adopting monthly facility rates at the San Marcos Municipal Airport; and declaring an effective date. 10.
