<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />118. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 2005- 28 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDED BUDGETS <br />FOR THE AGREEMENTS WITH THE SAN MARCOS HISPANIC <br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AND TOURISM PROMOTIONAL SERVICES FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2004-2005, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1 The CIty CouncIl III two resolutIOns adopted on November 8, 2004, approved agreements <br />(the "Agreements") WIth the San Marcos HispanIC Chamber of Commerce to prOVIde economIC <br />development and tounsm promotIOnal servIces dunng the CIty'S 2004-2005 fiscal year <br /> <br />2 The CIty CouncIl III those same resolutIOns approved budgets for the HispanIC Chamber's <br />economIC development and tounsm promotIOnal programs for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, whIch were <br />attached to the Agreements. <br /> <br />3 The CIty Minonty EconomIC and Tounsm Development Board has recommended that the <br />CIty CouncIl approve amended budgets for the Hispamc Chamber's economIC development and <br />tounsm promotIOnal programs for the 2004-2005 fiscal year, and the CIty CouncIl WIshes to approve <br />that amended budgets. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1 The attached amended budgets for the HispanIC Chamber's economIC development <br />and tounsm promotIOnal programs for the 2004-2005 fiscal year are approved, and these budgets <br />supersede and replace the budget that was attached to the Agreement. <br /> <br />PART 2.
