The approval of <br />the CIty'S governmg body IS necessary for all addItIonal servIces the compensatIOn for WhICh <br />exceeds $25,000 00 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City wIll <br /> <br />2.1 ProvIde full mformatIOn to the Consultant regardmg the CIty'S reqUIrements for the <br />Consultant's servIces under thIS Agreement. The City wIll furnIsh the Consultant wIth copIes of <br />official City desIgn standards and constructIon standards, nght-of-way maps, property deed <br />records, G.P S control pomts as honzontal and vertIcal control (NA VD 83) m the ProJect area <br />and other data and mformatIon m the CIty'S possessIOn needed by the Consultant at the <br />Consultant's request. <br /> <br />2.2 DesIgnate RIchard Mendoza, Duector of PublIc Works as the CIty'S ProJect Manager and <br />authonzed representatIve to act on the CIty'S behalf wIth respect to thIS Agreement. The CIty <br />WIll examme the documents and mformatIOn submItted by the Consultant and promptly render <br />responses to the Consultant on Issues requInng a declSlon by the CIty <br /> <br />2.3 ProvIde seed files and symbollibranes for MlcrostatIon processmg by the Consultant. <br /> <br />2.4 ProvIde dIgItal aenal photography of the proJect area and for nearby areas WhICh may be <br />Impacted by thIS ProJect. <br /> <br />2.5 ProvIde nght-of way maps for the ProJect area, mcludmg mdIVldual property deed <br />records. <br /> <br />2.6 ProvIde hydrologIc and hydraulIc mformatIOn for the adJacent nver stretch and swales <br />and dramage ways that cross the ProJect area. <br /> <br />2.7 ProvIde access to and make all necessary prOVISIOns for the Consultant to enter publIc <br />and pnvate property mcludmg notIficatIOn to property owners as reqUIred for the Consultant to <br />perform ItS servIces under thIS Agreement. <br /> <br />2.8 Bear all costs mCldent to thIS ArtIcle. <br /> <br />10 <br />
