<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />4 1 ReImbursable expenses, mcludmg such thmgs as expenses for plottmg, reproductIon of <br />documents except bId documents, auto travel mIleage, delIvery charges, long dIstance <br />commumcatIons, freIght, and accessibIlIty reVIew are mcluded m the Consultant's basIc servIces <br />compensatIOn. ReImbursable expenses m excess of $500 00 are to be charged to the CIty by the <br />Consultant at the Consultant's hourly rates upon the CIty'S pnor wntten approval. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT <br /> <br />5.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Payments for BasIc ServIces WIll be made to Consultant monthly followmg receIpt by CIty of <br />Consultant's mVOIces and appropnate payment reqUIsItIons. The amounts of these mVOIces wIll <br />be based upon the extent of work completed by the Consultant on an hourly basIs wlthm each <br />task, m accordance wIth ArtIcle 14 of thIS Agreement, less any dIsputed amounts, pendmg <br />resolutIOn thereof. <br /> <br />5.2 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Payments on account of the Consultant's AddItIonal ServIces as defined m SectIOn 1 8 wIll be <br />made monthly upon presentatIOn of the Consultant's statement of servIces rendered or expenses <br />mcurred, less any dIsputed amounts, pendmg resolutIOn thereof and an AuthonzatIOn of Change <br />m ServIces form executed by the Consultant and the CIty <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />CONSULTANT'S RECORDS <br /> <br />6.1 All expense records of Consultant wIll be kept on a recognIzed accountmg basIs <br />acceptable to the City and WIll be aVailable to the CIty at mutually convement tImes. All federal <br />reqUIrements governmg grants (OMB and Budget Cuculars A-87 or A-122, A-102, or A-11O and <br />A-128 ) are applIcable <br /> <br />6.2 The CIty, Its audItors, federal audItors, and state agencIes that have momtonng or <br />audltmg responsibIlItIes for thIS Agreement wIll have access to any books, documents, papers <br />and records of the Consultant WhICh are duectly pertment to thIS Agreement for the purpose of <br />makmg audIt, exammatIOn, excerpts, copymg and transcnptIons. <br /> <br />6.3 The Consultant WIll furnIsh to the City at such tIme and m such form as the CIty may <br />reqUIre, financial statements mcludmg audIted financial statements, records, reports, data and <br />mformatIon, as the City may request pertammg to the matter covered by thIS Agreement. <br /> <br />12 <br />
