ADDENDUM TO UTILITY ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT <br />Agreement No. COSM -Bond -01 <br />This amendment (the "Amendment ") hereby amends, modifies and supplements that <br />certain Utility Adjustment Agreement dated April 22, 2010 (the "Agreement") by and between <br />the City of San Marcos (the "City ") and Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, Inc. ( "Owner "). <br />1. This Agreement was for the City to pay reasonable expenses to the Owner for <br />certain utility relocation expenses resulting from the City's McCarty Lane road project. The <br />Agreement estimated eligible costs for the relocation to be $29,926.94 as provided in Attachment <br />A to the Agreement. <br />2. The costs estimates have been revised to reflect eligible costs for the relocation to <br />be $61,132.38. The parties seek to amend the Agreement to reflect such revised cost estimates. <br />3. The Agreement, therefore, is amended by deleting the original Attachment A and <br />replacing it with Attachment A.1 attached to this Amendment. <br />4.
