MISCELLANEOUS Section 11.01. ThIS Agreement was approved by the CIty CouncIl at ItS meetmg on February 15,2005 Section 11.02. ThIS Agreement constItutes the entIre agreement between the CIty and the AssocIatIOn on thIS subJect and supersedes all other proposals, presentatIOns, representatIOns, and commumcatIOns, whether oral or wntten, between the partIes. ThIS Agreement may be amended only by a wrItten document that IS duly approved and executed by all partIes. Section 11.03. The ASSOCiatIOn agrees to ensure that no dlscnmmatIOn wIll occur m the provlSlon of servIces or m employment practIces at the Faclhty on the baSIS of race, creed, color, natIOnal ongm, sex or dlsablhty Section 11.04.
