62. FIELD NOTES FOR 2.299 ACRES All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Hays County, Texas and being a part of the Wm. H. Van Horn Survey, A-484 and bdng also a part of a 56.288 acre tract of land described in a Deed of Trust recorded in Volume 1798, Page47 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING in the interse.::tion of the Southeast right-of-way line of Interstate Highway #35 and the Southwest right-of-way line of County Road #235 (Posey Road) for the North comer of the above mentioned 56.288 acre tract and the North comer of this tract. TIIENCE S 46001' 17" E w;;th the Southwest line of the said County Road #235 100.00 feet to the East comer of this tract. THENCE S 44008'00' W 1002.09 feet to a point on the Southwest line of the said 56.288 acre tract and the Northeast line of a 14.86 acre tract of land conveyed to lvar Gunnarson by deed recorded in Volume 1484, Page 581 of the Deed Records of Rays Coun~, Texas for the South comer of this tract. THENCE N 45~1'38" W 100.00 feet to a point on the Southeast right-of-way line of Interstate Highway #35 for the West comer of the said 56.288 acre tract and the West comer of this tract. THENCE N 44008'00" E 1000.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING cont.aining 2.299 acres ofland, more or less. I, Steven Do Kallman, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that these field notes were prepared from public records and calculations made under my supervision during October of 1999 and are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. This does not constitute an on-the-ground survey and no monuments were set. These field notes were prepared for the rezoning of this tract by the City of S:an Marcos.
