With a curve to the left, having a radius of 2929.79 feet, a delta angle of <br />01 040'21 ", an arc length of 85.52 feet, and a chord which bears South 33 035'26" <br />West, a distance of 85.52 feet to a TxDOT Type II disk found; <br />2. South 39 °45'01" West, a distance of 551.11 feet to a calculated point; <br />3. South 36 °51'59" West, a distance of 703.47 feet to a TxDOT Type II disk found; <br />4. South 47 °04'26" West, a distance of 315.41 feet to a 1/2" rebar with aluminum <br />"TxDOT" cap found in the northeast line of the said 1 acre tract; <br />THENCE continuing with the northwest right -of -way line of F.M. 2439, crossing the 1 <br />acre tract, the following two (2) courses and distances: <br />1.
