<br />Doc Bk Vol P <br />00007978 OPR 1653 22H <br /> <br />Dedication of Public Right-Of-Way <br /> <br />State of Texas <br /> <br />County of Hays <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos, Texas, the owner of the hereinafter described tract and parcel <br />of land located within the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, hereby dedicates to the use <br />of the public as public right-of-way for streets, drives, drainage, utility service, and public <br />places, subject to the continuing and future control and regulation of the use of such public right- <br />of-way by the City of San Marcos, the following lot, tract and parcel of land: <br /> <br />A 1.896 acre tract of land situated in the J. M. Veramendi League No. One, in <br />the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, and being <br />further shown and set forth on the plat attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />for all purposes as Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />The above described 1.896 acre tract of land hereby dedicated as public right-of-way includes <br />a .160 acre tract of land dedicated by the City, in December 1999, as public right-of-way. <br /> <br />Executed this the /4) day of J~'::y 2000, pursuant to and in compliance with an <br />Ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on December , <br />1999, and filed of record by the City Secretary in the Official Records of the City San Marcos. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br /> <br />State of Texas ~ <br /> <br />County of Hays 9 <br /> <br />Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Larry D.
