<br />A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings "INTEREST RATE" <br />and "MA TURITY DATE" shall both be completed with the words "As Shown <br />Below" and "CUSIP NO. _" deleted; <br /> <br />B. in the first paragraph: <br /> <br />the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and the <br />following will be inserted: "on August 15 in the years, in the (lrincipalinstallments <br />and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the following schedule: <br /> <br />Years <br /> <br />Principal <br />Installments <br /> <br />Interest <br />Rates <br /> <br />(Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) <br /> <br />C.
