A. immediately under the name of the Bond, the headings "INTEREST RATE" and "MA TURITY DATE" shall both be completed with the words "As Shown Below" and "CUSIP NO. " deleted; B. in the first paragraph: the words "on the Maturity Date specified above" shall be deleted and the following will be inserted: "on August 15 in the years, in the principal installments and bearing interest at the per annum rates set forth in the following schedule: Years Principal Installments Interest Rates (Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) hereof.) C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Bond, "initial" shall be inserted before "Paying Agent/Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying Agent/Registrar is Chase Bank of Texas, National Association"; D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered T-1.
