<br />( 6) Analyze risk/return relationships between various investment <br />alternatives. <br /> <br />( 7) Attend meetings, present reports, or make presentations to City <br />officials, staff, representatives, or committees as requested by the <br />City, when the subject of investments is to be discussed. <br /> <br />( 8) Select investment securities and, as directed by the City, cause the <br />investment transactions to be executed. <br /> <br />( 9) Promptly send (or cause to be sent) trade tickets to the City. <br /> <br />(10) Prepare quarterly investment reports (consistent with the State of <br />Texas Public Funds Investment Act) including, but not limited to, a <br />description of market conditions, investment strategies employed, <br />performance and suggested changes to investment strategy. <br />Investment performance must be provided and compared to <br />appropriate benchmarks. <br /> <br />(11) Initially review the City's Investment Policy and provide written <br />comments and recommended changes. Thereafter, not less than <br />annually, review the Investment Policy and provide written comments <br />and recommended changes. <br /> <br />(12) Maintain a list of approved brokers/dealers for the City. <br /> <br />(13) Provide investment management services for the proceeds of tax- <br />exempt bond issues in compliance with the arbitrage and rebate <br />requirements of the Internal Revenue Service's Fair Market Rules. <br />Maintain all investment records needed to perform computations <br />required by the regulations: Maintain documentation of all investment <br />and disbursement records for bond proceeds invested.; <br /> <br />(14) Reconcile monthly statements provided by the Custodian to <br />investment records maintained by P&A each month; <br /> <br />(15) Provide assistance for the review and development of effective <br />depository contracts. <br /> <br />(16) Provide customized monthly reporting. <br /> <br />Earnings and Losses from Investments: <br /> <br />3.3.3 The City and P&A agree that all funds in the Portfolio shall be invested only in <br />Authorized Investments.
