Design of wells, transmission pipelines or other remote facilities. <br />2. Preparation of environmental assessment or related environmental services. <br />3. Negotiations with candidate reclaimed water users. <br />4. Permitting or water rights authorization services. <br />5. Water or bio-solids sampling. <br />6. Analytical laboratory services, including effluent toxicity testing. <br />7. Surveying. <br />8. Geotechnical testing and engineering. <br />9. Construction material testing <br />10. Administration and/or coordination of State /Federal project financing elements. <br />11. Participation in contested permit application proceedingslhearings. <br />12.
